Our Services:

Wire Harness Design and Consultancy

How a project starts sets the tone for how it continues.

We pride ourselves on being able to work with our customers to define a specification for the product taking into account harness routing, exposure to the elements and everyday operational requirements.

Using our experience from multiple fields we can:

  • Provide proof reading of technical documentation.

  • Provide detailed advise on how to modify existing drawings to improve ease of use for manufacturing staff.

  • Offer consultation on materials and parts used to suit a specific environment.

  • Produce  detailed manufacturing drawing packs to ensure reliable and repeatable success.

Motorsport Harnesses

Our full Raychem system 25 harness incorporating mil-spec connectors. These are for when performance is the foremost consideration. These are extremely light weight and flexible but still rugged and resilient to its operational environment.

Special Projects-

Harnesses and Enclosures

Not everything needs to be a full system 25 harness. Other build styles can be better suited to an application. This may need to be Raychem system 200 for an extreme harness to Raychem system 100 for zero halogen enclosed spaces in the marine world. A simple laced harness may be what's required inside a cabinet or controls enclosure, whether its a prototype or a final production run, the possibilities are endless.

Visual Inspections

A close examination of the product whether it is getting signed off as a new build or undergoing servicing and modifications

Dimensional Checks

Ensuring harnesses are built to the correct length, connectors are located correctly within an enclosure to the connector clocking being correct.

Retention Checks

One of the most important checks, this ensures all contacts are correctly located in a connector to prevent system down time.

Electrical Testing

From simply setting a DCDC to the correct output voltage, to checking sensor calibrations and readings through to a full cirris test of a new or serviced harness.
